An epic story about a schoolgirl named Yuki that has mystical kung-fu powers and her nemesis Panda! Yuki vs. Panda was created by Nick Dunec and Graham Misiurak back in 2006. It was actually a one-off skit from a television show they co-created called Dim Sum (watch online). In 2011 Nick and Graham bounced the idea around of Yuki vs. Panda becoming a graphic novel. After breathing life into the characters and mapping out the story, which will be 12 volumes, They found British graphic artist A.L.Jones. As Nick puts it “We just fell in love with her art and it really complemented our writing style well,” I agree! The story is fun

Nick Dunec is from Haliburton and met Graham Misiurak in Toronto. The two became friends and very creatives partners. Read the official press release HERE
